PRENATAL AQUA- Swimming exercises for expectant mothers, during which both swimming and gymnastic exercises are done. During exercise, expectant mothers learn to control their breathing, which will help during childbirth. Swimming in the pool allows pregnant women to control their weight. Exercising in water improves the nervous system of pregnant women, relieves stress, tension and fatigue, improves blood circulation in the legs, which prevents varicose veins.
